We work on top of SharePoint, Google Workspace, iManage or whichever document system you run, with e-signature already integrated. Nothing forces the archive to move.

- Do documents leave our infrastructure?
- By default, no. We design so the archive stays where it is and processing happens inside your perimeter or within the EU. Where a specific step needs an external service, it's scoped, documented and approved by you first.
- Does the AI decide on clauses?
- No. It flags deviations from your templates and prioritises them. The legal decision is always human, and the system records what it flagged and what was done, precisely so it's auditable.
- Does it work with a messy archive?
- Yes, and that's usually the situation. The first phase normalises and classifies what exists, which is valuable on its own because it makes an archive searchable that currently isn't.
