1. Acceptance

By accessing quantumnovaagency.com you accept these terms and the Legal Notice. If you disagree with any of them the remedy is simple: do not use the site. No registration is needed to browse, so acceptance happens through use itself.

The site is owned by Quantum Nova Solutions S.L., whose full details appear in the Legal Notice.

2. What you may do here

The site is informational. You may read it, share it, quote it with attribution, link to it, and write to us through the form or the published contact channels. None of that costs anything or commits you to anything.

You may not copy the content or design to reuse as your own, resell it, or scrape the site by automated means for commercial purposes. Nor may you use our name or logo to imply a relationship, partnership or certification that does not exist.

3. The content is not a binding offer

Service descriptions, indicative timescales and example outcomes are there so you understand how we work. They are not a contractual offer or a guarantee of results: two companies with the same process on paper can end up with very different projects.

Any commitment from us on scope, timing or price exists only when it is in writing in a proposal signed by both parties.

4. Relationship with contracted projects

If we end up working together, the relationship is governed by the proposal or contract we sign, which sets the scope, the fixed price, the schedule, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality and the maintenance included.

That document prevails over these terms on anything concerning the project. These terms continue to apply only to use of the website.

5. Contact form and communications

By submitting the form you confirm the details are accurate and that, if you include another person's data, you are authorised to provide it. We also ask you not to send confidential information, credentials or sensitive data through this channel: it is a first-contact form, not a secure channel for delicate material.

Answering an enquiry creates no contractual relationship and no obligation to take the project on. We may decline a piece of work, and we will say so plainly rather than leaving the thread unanswered.

6. Site availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, updates or third-party incidents, and we may change or withdraw content, sections or services at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for decisions you take based solely on the site's informational content, nor for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from its use or unavailability.

This limitation does not extend to cases where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, such as wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, nor to rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.

The site links to third-party platforms and relies on providers to function: hosting, form delivery and analytics. We are not responsible for their content or their terms. When a link takes you elsewhere, that destination's terms apply, not these.

9. Severability

If a court holds any of these clauses void or unenforceable, the rest remain fully in force, and the affected clause will be read in the closest valid sense to its original purpose.

We may update these terms when the site or the applicable law changes. The version that governs is the one published when you access the site, identified by the revision date in the header.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the Courts of Alicante, without prejudice to the venue mandatorily available to a consumer user.
