3. Conditions of access and use
Access is free and open, and requires no registration or account. Users agree to use the site lawfully and in line with this notice, and in particular not to:
- Enter false data, or another person's data without their authorisation, in the contact form.
- Attempt to reach areas, systems or data not intended for the public, or run intrusion testing without prior written authorisation.

The text, design, visual identity, source code, images and other elements of the site belong to Quantum Nova Solutions S.L. or are used under sufficient licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The name "Quantum Nova" and its logo are distinctive signs of the company.
Accessing the site grants no rights over those elements. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or adapting them without express authorisation is prohibited, except for uses the law permits, such as quotation with attribution and a link to the original.
Third-party trade marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for informational or descriptive purposes only, implying no relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Disclaimer
The site's content is general and informational. The timescales, scopes and outcomes described come from real projects, but they are neither a guarantee of results in a different context nor a binding contractual offer: every project is agreed in writing with its own scope and price.
We take reasonable care to keep the information current and accurate, but we are not liable for typographical errors or out-of-date content. Nor do we guarantee uninterrupted availability: there may be outages for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Following one of those links takes you off this site and under the destination's own terms.
Anyone may link to our home page without prior permission, provided they do not frame the site, do not suggest a relationship that does not exist, and do not accompany the link with false or damaging statements.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies and equivalent technologies in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of this notice for all purposes.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute concerning the site, the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. Where the user acts as a consumer, this clause does not deprive them of bringing proceedings at their own domicile where the law grants that right.
9. Changes
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the law or in the site itself. The version that applies is the one published at the time of access, carrying the revision date shown at the top of the page.
