Automation for advisory and accounting firms

The mechanical part of the practice — capture, classify, reconcile, remind — done for you.

The valuable work in an advisory firm is judgement: what's deductible, how it's structured, where the risk sits. But most billable hours are burned before reaching that, chasing invoices over WhatsApp, keying data that already exists in a PDF, and checking who has filed and who hasn't. Every quarter-end repeats the same marathon.

What we automate here

  • 01

    Invoice capture and classification

Invoices arriving by email, WhatsApp or shared folder, read automatically: supplier, net, VAT, withholding and a proposed ledger account. Anything uncertain is flagged for review rather than posted blind.

  • 02

    Bank reconciliation

Transactions matched against invoices and receipts by amount, date and reference, with exceptions grouped so you only look at what doesn't tie out.

  • 03

    Deadline control

A filing calendar per client and per return, with escalating internal and client-facing reminders, and visibility of what's still missing before you can file.

  • 04

    Document chasing

Reminders to clients who haven't sent their paperwork go out on their own, through their channel, with the specific list of what's outstanding. They stop the moment it arrives.

  • 05

    Reporting and dashboard

Status per client, workload per person, deadlines at risk and unbilled work, updated daily without anyone rebuilding Monday's spreadsheet.

What we build on

We connect to A3, Sage, Holded, Contasol, Odoo or whatever you run, and to banking via statement feeds or aggregation. The bookkeeping stays in your system; what changes is how the data reaches it.

Questions from this sector

Does this replace my accounting software?
No. The entries still live in A3, Sage, Holded or whichever you use. What we automate is everything upstream: capturing the document, extracting the data, proposing the classification and leaving it ready to approve.
How reliable is automated invoice reading?
High for recurring invoices from known suppliers, lower for new documents or poor scans. That's why the system scores its own confidence: what it's sure of passes, what it isn't queues for human review. Nothing is posted blind.
Can I use it only for deadline control?
Yes, and it's a good first step. A filing calendar with reminders and per-client document status goes in within a few weeks and touches nothing in the bookkeeping.
What about client confidentiality?
Data stays in your infrastructure or the cloud you already use, inside the EU. Where a flow needs a language model, it's scoped to the minimum necessary and we document what leaves and where it goes, so you can make that call properly.
