This site uses the bare minimum: a record of your own decision and, only if you accept it, analytics. No advertising, no social widgets, no cross-site tracking.

1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device to remember something between pages or between visits. Alongside them sit equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage, which do the same job and which the law treats identically. We use both, and both appear in the table below.

The strictly necessary entry is unavoidable: without it we could not remember that you said no, and the banner would reappear over and over. That is why it needs no consent, as art. 22(2) LSSI provides.
The two analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. Until then Google Analytics loads in denied mode and writes nothing to your device. If you reject, it is not loaded at all.
3. How consent is asked for
The first time you arrive, a notice appears with two buttons of equal visual weight: Accept and Reject. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, and nothing is hidden or pre-ticked. Until you choose, analytics stays off.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser: the notice will reappear and you can choose again. It works the same way in every browser and does not depend on us maintaining a separate panel.
4. Turning them off in your browser
Whatever you choose here, your browser lets you block or delete cookies for this site or for all sites:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out add-on covering every site that uses it, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking this site's cookies does not stop you browsing it: nothing here depends on them.
5. Personal data and transfers
Analytics identifiers are pseudonymised personal data, processed by Google Ireland Ltd. as our processor with possible access from the United States under the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Retention periods, rights and safeguards are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this table and the revision date before the change reaches the site. If something does not add up, write to info@quantumnovaagency.com.
